This clarification text on the processing of personal data has been prepared within the scope of the "Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles to be Applied in Fulfilling the Obligation of Disclosure", which sets out the procedures and principles to be followed during the disclosure obligation to be carried out within the scope of the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No.6698.

Our company has the title of "Data Supervisor" as defined in Law No. 6698.

We take care that all kinds of personal data belonging to all persons associated with our company can be processed and stored in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law No.6698 ("KVK Law"). Your personal data is processed within the scope below.

For What Purpose Personal Data Will Be Processed:

Your personal data is obtained and stored due to commercial activities, human resources practices and security measures. For security purposes, visitor registration is recorded at the entrance of the building and the open and closed areas are monitored by security cameras.

To Whom and For What Purpose Personal Data Can Be Transferred:

Your personal data may be transferred to our domestic and foreign partnerships, suppliers, customers, official or private institutions or organizations or other third parties within the scope of our Company's activities in accordance with the relevant legislation.

Method and Legal Reason for Collecting Personal Data:

In order to carry out the activities of our company, your personal data are collected and stored in verbal, written and electronic media by automatic or non-automatic methods.

Rights of Personal Data Owner enumerated in Article 11 of Law No. 6698:

By applying to our company in writing, in accordance with the 11th article of the Law No. 6698;

Whether your personal data is processed,

If it has been processed, the relevant information, the purpose of processing and whether it has been used for this purpose,

Who / who are the third parties in the country or abroad to whom the said data are transferred,

Correction of your personal data if it is incomplete or incorrectly processed,

The deletion or destruction of your personal data within the framework of the conditions stipulated in Article 7 of the Law, and the transactions made by our Company in this context are notified to the third parties to whom the information is transferred,

In the event that a result occurs against you due to the analysis of your personal data exclusively with automatic systems, you can appeal to this and request the compensation of the damage in case you suffer damage due to unlawful processing.

As stated in the Law No. 6698, you can use your above-mentioned rights as of 01.01.2020.
